Community Management
Social Media isn’t just about producing content. It’s also about managing a community. Below is an example of me interacting with one of our community members.
Example: Sold Out Tickets
One of our customers was disappointed that she couldn’t get tickets to our Royal Luncheon event and was asking if there would be another date. I kindly let her know that if there were another time to be added, she would be the first to know about it. And as it turns out, she was the first to purchase new tickets.
